Tanggal 25 Disember 1991 lahirlah seorang bayi comel yang diberi nama Hisan bin Abdul Halim. Beliau merupakan anak kedua dari tiga adik-beradik. Beliau membesar di dalam sebuah keluarga yang bahagia tanpa aral yang cuba melintang. Abangnya telah berjaya mengharungi lautan kehidupan kini sudah di alam perkahwinan. Hisan juga berusaha kecapi kejayaan seperti abangnya untuk berada di institusi pengajian tinggi. Hisan meneruskan lagi usaha untuk mempertingkatkan kemahiran insaniah beliau dengan mencipta suatu blog yang diberi nama “namakueis”. 

Penulisan beliau tentang biodata

Tujuan blog ini dicipta adalah secara rawak adalah kemungkinan untuk menghilangkan perasaan stress dan bosan oleh fitrah pembaca. kebanyakan penulisannya mengisahkan tentang kehidupan seharian diselit kematangan yang cuba diapikan-apikan. Tips-tips sampingan juga disertakan supaya tidaklah menjadi formal di dalam gaya penulisan beliau. Akan tetapi dengan berbekalkan semangat yang cekal, beliau cuba pandang ke hadapan lantas mengembleng tenaga untuk menyampaikan dakwah dengan gaya bebas kebelakangan ini.

Beliau meletakkan skop fitrah kemanusian di dalam dakwahannya, mengaitkan di antara fitrah manusia dan pengabdian kepada ilahi dan kemudian menjurus kepada muhasabah diri. Semoga beliau cekal meneruskan penulisan di samping berdiri di arena likuan ini dan diberkati oleh Allah swt.

Seminar Serantau Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Islam 2012 (SeIPTI 2012)

SeIPTI 2012 merupakan satu seminar yang menganjurkan kepada pelajar-pelajar untuk menghantar 1 artikel yang bertajuk:

“Towards Upholding the Grandeur of Regional Islamic Higher Education Institutions”

Seminar ini dianjurkan oleh Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia sendiri di bawah Fakulti Kepimpinan dan Pengurusan dan mendapat kerjasama dari Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) Brunei dan Institut Studi Islam Darussalam (ISID) Indonesia

Background

According to history, the Islamic higher education institutions begin at the mosques. The higher education system brings with it the spirit of ibadah and develops analogous with the need to build civilized mankind covering various branch of knowledge. Scholarly activity such as research, education and learning, seminars and translations developed in accordance to the teaching of Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah as the focal references.

The Islamic Higher Education Institutions can now be found in various form and model, developed to trounce various challenges and to develop higher educational sector that is competent, as a referral point requested and competent leadership.  The contemporary challenges faced by the Islamic higher education institutions include various aspects like leadership and governance, new technology change for education and learning, paramount increase in entrepreneurship of the students, education pedagogy, students mobility and internationalization activity.

Inline with the various current challenges of competition, the Islamic higher education institutions need to share their experience and strengths, network and plan among competent and dynamic future in order to widen the discussion circle and benefits. Therefore, SeIPTI 2012 is one of the best platform to assemble three strategic partners, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), University Sultan Islam Sharif Ali(UNISSA) Brunei and Institut Studi Islam Darussalam (ISID) Indonesia. The seminar is anticipated to execute in an annual rotation basis. Participation is also open to other institutions and interested persons.

Aims

.. To create a platform experience and knowledge sharing to develop Islamic Higher Education Institutions which are competent, as a referral point requested and competent leadership.  To create an academic collaboration among the scholars in a more systematic way in the field of teaching and learning, research, publications and community services and commercialization. To synergize the ideas on manhaj and al-sunnah in order to strengthen the ummah to face the future challenges. To be the medium for innovation, creativity and transformation of the Islamic Higher Education Institutions for the benefit of the ummah. Membincangkan usaha untuk membentuk integrasi pelbagai genre ilmu.

Please use the provided abstract template. Abstracts will be reviewed immediately and acceptance decision shall follow after the review is completed. However, in certain cases, authors will be notified of their abstracts’ acceptance by 30 May 2012. Upon acceptance of abstracts, authors shall receive a ‘letter of acceptance’, registration form and a ‘MS Word template’ for the full paper. The full paper is to be submitted before or at 1 October 2012. At least one of the authors must register for and present the paper at the conference. For the final paper, all manuscripts must be prepared in English/Malay/Arabic and free of grammatical, spelling and/or punctuation errors. Please make sure your paper is thoroughly edited and proof read before submitted. All manuscripts must be the original work not yet submitted to any other journals or publications prior to the conference. Following the conference, authors are free to submit the manuscript for publication in any journals. The conference proceedings will be professionally reproduced with an appropriate ISSN number. Only papers of registered authors will be published in the proceedings. Arab-Malaysian Global Higher Education Summit 2012

OVERVIEW

Arab-Malaysian Global Higher Education Summit 2012 would be a meeting point for presidents, vice-chancellors and CEOs of universities from Malaysia and 60 universities from the Association of Arab Universities (AArU) as well as from ASEAN countries. The summit also invites strategic partners of USIM, academicians, representatives of public and private universities in Malaysia, education sponsors, representatives from ministries and officers from embassies.

About Innova :

The Exposition on Islamic Innovation (i-Inova) is a series of successful exposition that began in 2010. It is an exhibition and competition to introduce innovative products from higher learning institutions and research institute from local and abroad. PERINGATAN: PEMBAYARAN HUTANG TERTUNGGAK YURAN PENGAJIAN

USIM mengeluarkan kenyataan kepada pelajar untuk melangsaikan hutang scepat mungkin sebelum pendaftaran akan datang di dalam Portal eWadi. 

USIM, JAKIM METERAI TIGA PERJANJIAN PENYELIDIKAN ISU KEFATWAAN

PUTRAJAYA – Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) dan Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) selaku urus setia Jawatankuasa Fatwa Majlis Kebangsaan bagi Hal Ehwal Ugama Islam Malaysia (MKI) menandatangani tiga perjanjian penyelidikan dan kerjasama dalam isu kefatwaan  bagi menyelesaikan isu-isu yang melibatkan hukum hakam di Negara ini dan juga diperingkat global.

Tiga perjanjian penyelidikan yang juga merupakan projek rintis tersebut ialah; Tahap Keterlibatan, Kepercayaan dan Amalan Masyarakat Islam Terhadap Perkara-perkara Khurafat Serta Cadangan Penyelesaiannya: Kajian di Pulau Besar, Melaka; Kajian Mengenai Mem’Bin/Ti’kan Anak Tak Sah Taraf Menurut Perspektif Syarak, Undang-Undang dan Sosial dan Pengurusan Pengagihan Zakat di Malaysia: Kedudukan Non-Muslim sebagai penerima zakat dan garispanduan pemindahan dana zakat.

Majlis menandatangani perjanjian penyelidikan tersebut telah disempurnakan oleh YBhg. Profesor Dr. Hajah Musatafa Mohd Hanefah, Dekan Penyelidikan dan Inovasi dan YBhg Pendaftar USIM, En. Muhammad Haizuan Rozali serta wakil dari pihak JAKIM.

Timbalan Ketua Pengarah JAKIM, Tuan Hj. Razali bin Hj. Shahabudin berkata, Jawatankuasa Fatwa MKI perlu mengembling sepenuhnya khidmat pakar-pakar dalam pelbagai bidang profesional bagi menyelesaikan isu-isu yang melibatkan hukum hakam dan isu-isu yang bersifat saintifik yang memerlukan penyelidikan supaya fakta dan keputusan yang dihasilkan lebih mantap.

Pada 5 Julai 2011 yang lalu, YAB Perdana Menteri semasa pertemuan dengan Jawatankuasa Fatwa MKI telah bersetuju meluluskan dana khas kepada jawatankuasa ini bagi melaksanakan aktiviti-aktiviti penyelidikan khususnya bagi isu-isu yang memerlukan fatwa.

“Tujuan utama peruntukan dana khas ini adalah bagi melaksanakan penyelidikan merangkumi bidang sains dan perubatan, ekonomi dan kewangan, farmaseutikal dan lain-lain lagi” Ujar Tuan Hj. Razali ketika menyampaikan ucapan mewakili Ketua Pengarah JAKIM pada majlis tersebut.

“Melalui dana yang diwujudkan, bidang-bidang tujahan dan tempoh masa serta kos/geran penyelidkan dapat ditentukan secara spesifik supaya hasil penyelidikan yang dilaksanakan oleh pakar-pakar berkenaan dapat dibentangkan kepada Muzakarah Jawatankuasa Fatwa MKI untuk penentuan hukum sebagai panduan kepada seluruh umat Islam” tambah beliau lagi.

Turut menandatangani perjanjian yang sama pada majlis tersebut adalah Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) dan Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
